Superlatives

Home Run!
Totally Awesome.

While Obama's choosing Biden as a running mate brought Obama down, McCain's choice actually elevates him.

She's a big surprise, unlike a Romney - a newcomer, vibrant, exciting, intelligent. articulate - and, as a female candidate, everything Hillary was not.

While the Obama camp is denigrating her experience, it looks to me like she actually has more than Obama and Hillary combined. Real hands on experience.

Obama got elected and immediately started running for office, and has no real record. Hillary is in the Senate, but, far as I can tell, hasn't really accomplished a whole heckuva lot.

This is going to be interesting. Very interesting. Palin electrifies the ticket, I think.

Skunk meets cat

I've never heard of a cat getting sprayed by a skunk before - usually it is dogs that get it. But this time it's my cat...

Trying Bill's Skunk remedy: (in case you didn't know - Bill Wood - William F. Wood, is a chemist at Humboldt State University.
1 quart 3 percent hydrogen peroxide
¼ cup sodium bicarbonate (baking soda)
1 teaspoon liquid detergent
1. Bathe the affected pet or person with this liquid.
2. After about five minutes, rinse with water. Repeat if necessary.

The mixture should be used immediately after mixing, the flier advises, and should not be stored in a closed container — “it releases oxygen gas so it could break the container.”

Bill has other projects, such as discovering antibiotics/chemicals from antelope hooves may be used as an acne medication...
