TSUNAMI WATCH ISSUED FOR THAILAND, INDONESIA AFTER 8.6 QUAKE

◼ USGS is reporting a large quake in the same spot as the 2004 Boxing Day tsunami. Government officials of multiple countries are issuing tsunami warnings.
