Make of it what you will, it seems some #Occupiers have seen the trap

Will they still go willingly?

Basically, they see the game - they stir up trouble, Obama steps in to save the day, cracks down with draconian new rule, things he could not have done unilaterally, but can do with 'protecting' us, in the name of 'safety.'

(Sorry, KT, this one is also long, but most of the info is in the comments, if you can stomach it.)

Something new to worry about....

Space weather expert has ominous forecast - The world isn't prepared for a truly damaging storm

A stream of highly charged particles from the sun is headed straight toward Earth, threatening to plunge cities around the world into darkness and bring the global economy screeching to a halt.

This isn't the premise of the latest doomsday thriller. Massive solar storms have happened before — and another one is likely to occur soon, according to Mike Hapgood, a space weather scientist at the Rutherford Appleton Laboratory near Oxford, England.

...Solar flares mainly emit X-rays — we also get radio waves from these things, and white light in the brightest of flares. They all travel at the same speed as light, so it takes eight minutes to arrive. There are some effects from flares, such as radio interference from the radio bursts.

But that's a pretty small-beer thing. The big thing is the geomagnetic storms [on Earth] that affect the power grid, and that's caused by the coronal mass ejections [from the sun].

Coronal mass ejections are caused when the magnetic field in the sun's atmosphere gets disrupted and then the plasma, the sun's hot ionized gas, erupts and send charged particles into space. Think of it like a hurricane — is it headed toward us or not headed toward us? If we're lucky, it misses us.

FBI arrests 5 men in alleged plot to blow up bridge near Cleveland - Jerry Seper/Washington Times

U.S. Attorney Steven M. Dettelbach in Ohio and FBI Special Agent in Charge Stephen D. Anthony, who heads the bureau’s Cleveland division, said suspected ring leaders Douglas L. Wright, 26, Brandon L. Baxter, 20, and Anthony Hayne, 35, were arrested Monday night by members of the FBI's Joint Terrorism Task Force on charges of conspiracy and attempted use of explosive materials to damage physical property affecting interstate commerce.

Also arrested were Connor C. Stevens, 20, and Joshua S. Stafford, 23.

"Occupy" Movement Was Infiltrated By FBI Informant In Cleveland Bridge Bombing Probe - the smoking gun

Of the five men arrested, four were involved in the Occupy Cleveland movement, according to their Facebook profiles, a news story, and a federal criminal complaint.

OCCUPY LEADERS APPARENTLY INVOLVED IN BRIDGE BOMB PLOT, SUSPECTS NAMED - Dan Riehl/Breitbart's Big Government

...Barack Obama embraced the Occupy Movement when he saw his poll numbers sliding. Now, with so called Occupiers calling themselves anarchists and hurling Molotov Cocktails, that's still apparently not far enough for some. CBS has the names and official complaint here. The plot is now directly linked to the Occupy movement. A Doug Wright, found here on Facebook, also appears to have been involved....

Clearly, their targets are completely aligned with those of any official Occupy movement. When the Tea Party was at its peak, Democrats and news media were quick to blame the Tea Party for any and every violent incident of protest around the country--and then some. How quick will they be to point out the roll of Democrats and even Barack Obama in pushing the Occupy movement, now breeding violence across America?

We cannot allow such callousness to continue unremarked, from the irrational, senseless teenagers who attacked two people just trying to go home, from the police officer whose conduct may have been typical but certainly seems cold, from the tweeting nitwits who think beating a man in Norfolk will change the death of Trayvon Martin.

How can we change it if we don't know about it? How can we make it better if we look away? - Virginian-Pilot via Drudge
